SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYOh that my people had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways! (Psalm 81:13)
How many times does the God of Heaven look down into our lives, see our desperate situations, and cry out, “Oh, if they had just listened to me!” How many hard lessons of experience does it take for us before we come to the conclusion that God’s ways are best? We have a wonderful, loving God who wants to bless us. Our Lord’s blessing is limited only by our lack of faith and our careless walk. The Lord Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven and now sits at the Father’s right hand to forgive our sins and bless our lives. Let’s listen to Him, and let us walk in His ways today. What an awesome God we have! ~
