SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYAnd now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, (Deuteronomy 10:12)
One cannot just live any way and please God! In order to please Him we must find what His requirements are and do them. These requirements are simple, yet very important. The first is to FEAR God. This fear does not refer to being scared of, but rather, to respect and stand in awe of the Lord. The second is to WALK in ALL His ways, not just on Sundays, but to walk in His ways seven days a week. The third requirement is to LOVE Him. How much do you love the Lord? God’s last requirement mentioned here is to SERVE Him with ALL our heart and with ALL our soul. Are you meeting God’s requirements? ~
