SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYSo he sent his brethren away, and they departed: and he said unto them, See that ye fall not out by the way. (Genesis 45:24)
After Joseph had revealed his identity to his brothers, he sent them back to their father and encouraged them. “See that ye fall not out by the way.” He knew that there was a possibility that they would falter and their mission would not be completed. In our journey through life, we must remember the encouragement of Joseph to his brothers, and be on guard lest Satan would trip us up. 1 John 4:4 declares, “Greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world.” We can overcome every obstacle that we encounter because the Lord Jesus lives in us through the presence of the Holy Spirit and with Him we are winners! ~
