December 25 Have a Blessed Christmas!

What is Christmas all about? Some would say Santa Claus and presents: others might say family, friends, parties or profits. The first six letters of Christmas reveal why we celebrate. It’s really all about Jesus Christ! He is the beginning, the creator of all things. He is the ending, the coming King who will raise the dead and call His church up to Heaven. Between those two times, about 2000 years ago, He left the comforts of Heaven, entered into a virgin’s womb, and lived on Earth 33 years. Then He offered Himself on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, saving all who will believe. God’s unspeakable gift to us is Jesus. He’s what it’s all about! ~~
