SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYTo whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: (Colossians 1:27)
What is your ticket to Heaven? Church attendance? Baptism? Good works? Church membership? All these things are good in their places; however, you could have them all and still miss Heaven! Your one and only hope of glory is Jesus Christ living in you! Yes, that does sound so simple, and it is. When you repent of your sins and trust the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, Jesus, by the Holy Spirit, begins to live within you. Paul explained to the Corinthians that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Jesus told His disciples that the Holy Spirit would take up His abode within us. To have Jesus is to have life eternal! ~
