SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYAnd he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
Remember that low point in your life? In his weakness Paul besought the Lord to remove the thorn in his flesh. It was bothering him and he thought that he could be a better worker for God if the Lord would just remove it from him; however, the Lord chose not to. Paul learned about God’s grace and strength. God’s grace was sufficient. God’s unmerited love always reaches out to His children and will sufficiently supply the need. God’s strength was made perfect in Paul’s weakness. If we were strong all the time, we would never be blessed to see His strength. It’s when we are at our weakest that we are strongest because of His strength. ~
