SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYMy people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. (Hosea 4:6)
God told His people that because they had forgotten His law, He would forget their children. We all want God’s blessings, but it is not a one way street. We can only expect His blessings upon our families, our nation and our world if we are faithful to His word. You will find within the covers of God’s book sufficient instructions to guide you through this life and take you to Heaven. While obtaining the knowledge of the world, make sure you obtain the knowledge of God’s word. Read your Bible daily and you will find its words are truly wonderful words of life. Let’s remember His laws, and then we can look forward to His blessings. ~
