SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYBut there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. (Psalm 130:4)
No one can honestly say, “I have never sinned.” The scriptures clearly tell us that all have sinned; yet, one can proclaim, “I have no sin upon my heart!” How? There is forgiveness with God! God’s holiness demands that no sinner may enter Heaven; however, God’s abundant mercy and amazing grace open the door for all to enter who seek His forgiveness through repentance and faith. The Lord loves to forgive. He loves to take a life filled with sin and forgive all that sin, clean them up, and make them His child. He announces in Isaiah 1:18, “Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.” In the New Testament the Lord proclaims, “Their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.” Through God’s forgiveness we can have no fear of tomorrow or guilt of the past! Have you sought His forgiveness? ~~~
