A Daily Devotional Observation from God's Word

SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYFor his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. (Psalm 30:5)
As David dedicated his house to the Lord he recalled times of distress. Yet, from those times God always delivered him. God brought him from near death to life, from sackcloth to gladness, and from the night of weeping to the morning of joy. In your time of deepest despair the Lord will take control and turn your terrible night into victorious joy if you will let Him. As a child of God you have His promise of His presence that will see you through the darkest of nights. Do not lose faith. God cares for you and loves you very much. A God who loved so much that He gave His only begotten son for your sins will certainly guide you through the night and supply your every need. Look up, dear one, joy comes in the morning! ~~
