SCRIPTURE VERSE FOR TODAYLORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? (Psalm 15:1)He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. (Psalm 15:2)
You may ask this question, “Who will go to Heaven?” and get a hundred answers; however, the Psalmist provides the correct answer. A faithful life is required to enter into Heaven. One may say he is going to Heaven because he belongs to a wonderful church or a godly family, but God looks at our hearts. He knows what we really are inside. Uprightly, righteousness, truth. Do these attributes describe your lifestyle? Do they abide in your heart? The ungodly will not get to Heaven. Paul said, “The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount that only the pure in heart shall see God. How about your heart? ~
