All of us who have lived on this earth long enough to be adults know about distress. Life is not a flower bed of ease. There are bills, sicknesses, disappointments, and losses which dampen our spirits and lead to times of distress. How do you handle difficult times? Some turn to drugs or alcohol. Others take their frustration out on those family members and friends around them. Try Jesus who invites you to cast every care upon Him. In the rough times it is wonderful to be able to cry unto a loving God and know He hears and cares. If you have a burden today, ask Him to lift it. He is always there for you! ~
